FULKAST^®-LC TABLET

Composition :

• Levocetirizine Hydrochloride IP 5 mg
• Montelukast Sodium IP Eq to Montelukast 10 mg

Levocetirizine is an orally active, potent, selective and long acting H1 -histamine receptor antagonist with no anticholinergic activity. Recent studies have demonstrated that Allergic Rhinitis [AR] when treated concomitantly with an antileukotriene (montelukast) and an antihistamine (levocetirizine), shows significantly better symptom relief compared with the modest improvement of rhinitis symptoms with each of the treatments alone.
Indications:

• To treat allergies.
• Relieve symptoms of allergic reactions such as hay fever and insect bites.
• Allergic rhinitis (including persistent allergic rhinitis)
• Chronic idiopathic urticaria
• relief of symptoms from colds
• Exercise induced Bronchospasm

Dosage:- One FULKAST-LC Tablet daily

• Levocetirizine Hydrochloride IP 2.5 mg
• Montelukast sodium IP Eq. to Montelukast 4 mg

Indications:
FULKAST-LC Syrup are indicated for the relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis [seasonal or perennial], as prophylaxis in seasonal allergic rhinitis and treatment of comorbid asthma and allergic rhinitis in patients 2 to 5 years of age.
Dosage:- in children (2-5years) One tea spoon ful once daily.
