Content:- Each 10 ml contains:Terbutaline IP 2.5 mg + Bromhexine HCL IP 8mg+Guaiphenesin IP 100 mg+ Menthol IP 5 mg
Bromhexine is an oral mucolytic agent with a low level of associated toxicity. It acts onthe mucus at the formative stages in the glands, within the mucus-secreting cells. It disrupts the structure of acid mucopolysaccharide fibers in mucoid sputum and produces less viscous mucus, which is easier to expectorate.
Terbutaline is a rapid acting Beta 2 agonist and a bronchodilator often useful in asthmatic cough. Terbutaline also has some effects on decreasing the activity of mast cells in the lungs, which play an important role in inflammation and allergic reactions.

• COPD
• Mild to moderate asthmatic condition.
