Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme causes destruction of proteinous substances of all non-vital tissues including blood clots, cysts, tissue plaques and cellular debris and reduces the inflammatory response.

• Post-Operative edema, haematoma in arthritis, sports injuries
• Periodontitis, gingivitis, alveolar, absccess, after tooth extraction.
• Engorgement of breast, episiotomy, vaginitis, hysterectomy, septic abortion
• Inadequate expectoration of sputum, bronchitis, sinusitis, otitis media.
• Inflammation after surgery, injury, acute pain & inflammatory conditions

FULSER- D is a combination of Serratiopeptidase with Diclofenac. Potassium 50mg

Diclofenac is a selective COX-2 inhibitor NSAID. is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) taken to reduce inflammation and an analgesic reducing pain in conditions such as in arthritis or acute injury. It can also be used to reduce menstrualpain, dysmenorrhea.
Dosage:-1 tablet twice a day

• Inhibition of platelet activating factor synthesis
• Prevention of Bradykinin/Cytokine induced hyperalgesia of nerves
• Scavenging of hypochlorous acid
• Blocking of histamine release
• Prevention of cartilage damage by inhibition of metalloprotease synthesis

Serratiopeptidase is the Natural Anti-Inflammatory Enzyme derived from silk worm. It is proteolytic (Protein+lysis) in nature, causes breakdown of protein molecules.
